Peak Intelligence
peak operations. local roots.
the mission
Helping local businesses run smoother, take pressure off their teams, and get the owner out of the weeds - using the right systems and technology for how work actually happens in mountain communities.
Why I’m Here
After a decade in Buena Vista, I've had a lot of conversations with the people who run the businesses that make this place what it is. I’ve seen how hard it can be to keep things running — especially when owners are carrying too much on their own.Mountain towns are hard on small businesses. Seasonal swings, labor that can't afford the cost to live here, owners wearing twelve hats, solutions built for cities that don't understand how we operate.Peak Intelligence exists to help by taking the right things off the owner’s plate, reducing the drag of manual work, and putting modern tools to work in ways that make the business steadier, easier to run, and less dependent on heroic effort.
how i help
Every business is different, but the work usually starts in one of a few places:- Taking the after-hours chaos off your plate — customer calls, messages, and follow-ups that don't have to land on you or your spouse at 9pm- Reducing manual work and admin drag - cleaning up the repeated tasks, handoffs, and workarounds that quietly eat up time every week.- Making the guesswork less guess-y — staffing, ordering, scheduling, and planning with better information instead of gut alone- Helping fewer things fall through the cracks — using simple systems to make follow-up, ownership, and next steps more visible.- Reducing pressure on your team — so the people who built this with you can do their best work and want to stay.- Getting you out of the weeds — so you can run the business instead of being run by itIt always begins with a conversation. No obligation, no pitch — just an honest look at where the friction is, and whether I'm the right person to help.

A little about me
I'm Cortiney Bradley. I've lived in Buena Vista with my family for ten years, and in that time I've watched this valley grow and reinvent itself more than once.By day, I'm the Senior Director of Digital Solutions at a national health and human services organization, where I lead large-scale technology transformations and the teams that deliver them. I've spent nearly twenty years helping organizations modernize how they work - aligning people, processes, and platforms so that technology actually advances the mission instead of just supporting it. I recently completed the Organizational Leadership program at Harvard Business School.Peak Intelligence is what happens when that experience meets a decade of caring about this community. I started it because I kept seeing strong local businesses run on too much owner effort, too many workarounds, and not enough practical support — and I’m convinced there’s a better path.
I believe good systems should feel like relief, not another thing to manage. For small businesses, that often means fewer dropped balls, less manual work, better visibility, and tools that help the team keep moving without adding complexity. When I’m not doing this, you’ll find me on the trails with my husband and our two Ridgebacks, working on another 14er, or downtown - eating, shopping, and showing up at the places that make this valley feel like home.
Let's Talk
If you run a business in Buena Vista, Salida, Leadville, or anywhere in the valley and you’re ready to make the day-to-day a little easier to manage, I’d love to grab a coffee.
